Etido David is a senior associate and a member of the firm’s private equity, mergers & acquisition, competition and corporate advisory teams. Since joining the firm, he has been involved in a wide range of matters, including corporate restructuring, structuring of mergers and acquisitions, competition advisory, and setting up of joint ventures. He has also taken part in several due diligence investigations involving major companies.
