UUBO congratulates African Private Equity fund manager, Phatisa, and India-based printing, packaging, and technology conglomerate, The Manipal Group, on Phatisa Food Fund 2’s acquisition of a significant minority stake in Manipal International Holdings Limited – a leading printing and packaging products provider to diverse industries, including the food and beverage market industries across Africa.
