As President Muhamadu Buhari commissions the Lekki Port Project for commercial operations today, Monday 23rd January, 2023, UUBO reflects on its role as Nigerian counsel to CMA Terminals, the sub-concessionaire of this trail blazing project which includes the development, operation and maintenance of the container terminal and related infrastructure of the Lekki Deep Sea Port in Lagos State, Nigeria. This remarkable project encompasses the construction and development of the largest port in Nigeria and one which will serve as a hub for port operations in West Africa.
