Ekundayo Onajobi is a Partner and specialises in corporate & commercial transactions including corporate advisory, capital markets, banking & finance, and real estate transactions. He was part of the team that advised one of Nigeria’s largest conglomerates on its acquisition of majority shares in two listed companies and the divestment of its minority interest in two of its subsidiaries to foreign investors. His capital market experience includes public offerings of debt securities by corporate and government entities in Nigeria.
He undertakes due diligence and regulatory compliance reviews and assists clients with the creation and perfection of title and security interest.
