The UUBO Capital Markets team is pleased to have acted as Solicitor to the Fund in connection with the establishment of a NGN200,000,000,000 (two hundred billion Naira) Private Debt Fund Programme (the “Fund“) by ARM Investment Managers Limited and the Series 1 issuance of up to NGN25,000,000,000 (twenty-five billion Naira).
The Fund is structured as a closed-ended unit trust and classified as a specialised fund under SEC Rules. It is designed as a non-bank financing vehicle to provide credit support to SMEs and SPVs operating in commercially viable sectors of the Nigerian economy.
