As Vice President Kashim Shettima commissions the Geometric Power Plant for commercial operations today, 26th February 2024, UUBO reflects on its role as Nigerian counsel to Geometric Power on the construction and development of Nigeria’s first integrated power plant and 12th power distribution company. This groundbreaking endeavour marks a significant milestone, as it is the first power plant in Nigeria to be entirely funded by the private sector.
