The UUBO Banking and Finance Team is pleased to have advised Bboxx Energy Access Nigeria Limited (Bboxx) a market leader in off-grid energy in connection with the provision of credit facility by Nithio FI B.V. UUBO reviewed the loan and security agreements and advised Bboxx on the Nigerian-law related issues in the transaction.
The loan is provided to Bboxx to support its working capital requirements towards the procurement of equipment for alternative power installations and to enhance Bboxx continued growth in providing access to clean, affordable, and reliable Solar Home Systems in Nigeria.
