Tolulope Egbochue is an Associate and a member of the firm’s Private Equity, Mergers and Acquisition, Corporate Advisory, and Government Relations & Public Policy practice teams.  Since joining the firm, she has been involved in a wide range of matters, including private equity and M&A deals, corporate restructuring, legal due diligence, regulatory and governmental engagements, and general corporate advisory.
