We are delighted to welcome two exceptional professionals to the partnership at Udo Udoma & Belo-OsagieChristine Sijuwade and Godson Ogheneochuko.

Christine is a seasoned legal expert specializing in competition/antitrust law, corporate advisory, mergers & acquisitions, restructuring, and private equity. She provides strategic counsel to leading local and international clients on high-value transactions across key sectors, including financial services, healthcare, telecommunications, FinTech, and FMCG. Her expertise also extends to international lending transactions, such as syndicated loans, as well as financial and capital markets matters.

Godson brings a wealth of experience in corporate advisory, telecommunications, media & technology, real estate & construction, aviation, and government relations & public policy. His practice spans manufacturing, trade, taxation, non-oil exports, and stakeholder management across Africa. Before rejoining UUBO, he served as Principal Advisor at Dev-Afrique Development Advisors, leading the public policy and government relations practice, and directed Policy Vault Inc., a non-profit dedicated to improving access to African government policies.
Both Christine and Godson are returning to UUBO, embodying the excellence, innovation, and commitment that define our firm.
