Since joining the firm, he has been involved in various matters, including complex energy, oil, and gas transactions, regulatory compliance, renewable energy, project finance, mergers and acquisitions in the energy and oil and gas sectors, general corporate advisory, and dispute resolution. He has also participated in several due diligence investigations involving major companies.
