Glory Ogueri-Onyeukwu is an Associate and a member of the firm’s Private Equity, Mergers & Acquisitions, and Real Estate teams.  Since joining the firm, she has been involved in a broad range of matters, including private equity, mergers and acquisitions, corporate and commercial law, due diligence advisory, corporate restructuring, projects, infrastructure, litigation, and regulatory compliance.  She has also played a key role in due diligence and regulatory compliance reviews, particularly in relation to real estate transactions.
