Francis Ololuo is an associate and member of the firm’s Private Equity, Mergers and Acquisition, and Telecommunications, Media and Technology (TMT) teams. He is also a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/E) with the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP). 

Since joining the firm, he has been involved in a wide range of matters, including advising and providing practical solutions to multinationals, especially technology companies, on issues related to privacy and data protection, cybersecurity, technology, media, telecommunications, intellectual property, entertainment laws, regulatory compliance, business establishment, real estate, insolvency, general corporate advisory, labour and employment, aviation and litigation.
