Falodun Arifayan is a Managing Associate and a member of the firm’s Dispute Resolution, Compliance and Investigations, Intellectual Property, Media and Telecommunications teams.
His core areas of practice are commercial litigation, labour law, intellectual property law, and election litigation. Falodun has been involved in the firm’s ethics and compliance investigations works, and he regularly advises media and fintech companies on Nigerian regulatory requirements for specialised transactions. He has extensive experience in commercial litigation, labour law and election litigation.
