Emiloluwa Imolehin is an Associate and a member of the firm’s General Corporate Advisory and Compliance & Investigations teams.  She is also an Associate in the firm’s Abuja office. Since joining the firm, She has been involved in a wide range of matters, including general corporate advisory and litigation. She has been involved in a number of transactions, as well as routinely representing clients before regulatory agencies such as the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, Corporate Affairs Commission, Securities and Exchange Commission, Central Bank of Nigeria, to mention a few. She is a member of various teams that advise local and international companies on transactions including in the telecommunications, banking, power, mining, insurance and manufacturing sectors.
