Chinenye is an Associate and a member of the firm’s Banking and Finance, Infrastructure and Public Private Partnerships and Real Estate teams.  Since joining the firm, she has been involved in a wide range of matters, including tax advisory, corporate restructuring, capital market, compliance and investigation, Intellectual property, general corporate advisory and litigation.
