Bernice Anya is an associate and a member of the firm’s Company Secretarial unit. Since joining the firm, she has been involved in Board evaluation and due diligence exercises among other general secretarial and governance matters. She was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2018 after graduating from the Nigerian Law School, Lagos, Nigeria. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Swansea University, Wales, UK.
