Aidelohi is an Associate and a member of the firm’s Private Equity, Mergers and Acquisitions and Pro bono teams.  Since joining the firm, she has advised on a broad spectrum of transactions and matters, including mergers and acquisitions, general corporate advisory, corporate restructuring, corporate governance, tax, pro bono and litigation. She has also played a key role in due diligence reviews for large corporations.
