She leads legal teams that advise on project development, and project finance in the power sector.

With a wealth of experience, Adeola offers counsel to local and international banks, corporate entities, regional and global energy corporations, development finance institutions, and private equity funds. Her advisory expertise extends to multifaceted initiatives involving oil and gas assets, port developments, road infrastructure, power generation plants, steel mills, cement production facilities, and real estate development.
