Festus Onyia, Mesuabari Mene-Josiah, Titilola Olatunde-Fasogbon, and Michael Ugah of Udo Udoma & Belo-Osagie’s Dispute Resolution team have contributed the Nigerian chapter to the 2026 edition of The Middle Eastern and African Arbitration Review, published by Global Arbitration Review (GAR).
This year’s publication examines Nigeria’s National Policy on Arbitration and Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR), 2024 and its ambitious attempt to reposition Nigeria as a leading arbitration hub in Africa.
The publication also considers how the Policy seeks to strengthen institutional capacity, enhance governmental participation in arbitration, and support Nigeria’s ambition to become a leading arbitration hub in Africa.
