Bukola Olonade-Agaga

Bukola Olonade- Agaga, FCIS, is the Chief Executive Officer of Alsec Nominees Limited. She is a seasoned company secretary and corporate governance practitioner, a member of the Nigerian Bar Association, and a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria. She is also a member of the Business Recovery and Insolvency Practitioners of Nigeria and a member of INSOL International, an international association of restructuring, insolvency and bankruptcy professionals. Bukola is a certified Board Evaluator, Corporate Governance Auditor and Trainer.

Passionate about good corporate governance practices, Bukola ensures that the companies she works with comply with statutory and regulatory requirements and maintain high standards of corporate governance.
