Adaobi Omosefe Uzo is an Associate and a member of the firm’s Mergers and Acquisitions, Capital Markets and Pro Bono teams. Adaobi is also an associate at U-Law, the firm’s alternative legal service provider catering exclusively to entrepreneurs, MSMEs, start-ups and growth businesses across several industries in Nigeria. Since joining the firm, she has been involved in a wide range of matters, including general corporate advisory and litigation.
