Joseph Olaogun is an Associate and a member of the firm’s Energy, Projects and Infrastructure and Intellectual Property teams.  Since joining the firm, he has been involved in a wide range of matters, including corporate due diligence and regulatory advisory in the energy sector. He has also been a key member of various intellectual property transactions and proceedings, proffering workable commercial advice to clients and helping clients through the intricacies of Nigeria’s intellectual property regulatory regime.
