Olubukola Olonoade-Agaga, a Managing Associate in Alsec Nominees Limited (UUBO’s company secretarial arm) will be a facilitator at the one-day intensive programme on “Corporate Governance & The Dynamics of Regulatory Compliance”, a webinar organised by the Society for Corporate Governance Nigeria in collaboration with the Financial Reporting Council of Nigeria. The session will hold on Thursday, 26th May, 2022 at 10am.
The forum aims to cover discussions around, among other things, (i) compliance with various regulatory requirements; (ii) leveraging technology for effective and efficient regulatory compliance; and (iii) evolving roles of company secretaries and compliance officers.
