UUBO’s Ozofu Olatunde Ogiemudia (Partner, Private Equity, Corporate Advisory/M&A, and Pro Bono teams) will be co-facilitating a session at the Legal Agreements Masterclass hosted by the African Private Equity and Venture Capital Association (AVCA) as part of the 18th Annual AVCA Conference taking place in Dakar, Senegal, on 25 – 29th April 2022.
The session, titled ‘Preliminary Agreements – Confidentiality Agreements, Merger Control and Term Sheets’, will hold at 3pm on Thursday, 28th April, 2022.
