Our experience includes advising on the establishment of master and feeder funds with a special focus on investments in West African countries; the structuring and establishment of private equity funds set up as limited partnerships, acting as solicitors to the trustee in connection with the restructuring of a (an international debt fund closed-ended fund) as an open ended fund and the establishment and public offer for subscription of various registered unit trust schemes.
