We have also been involved in a number of mergers and acquisitions. 

Our partners have acted and continue to act as Treasurers of the Nigerian Capital Markets Association. 

Trustees on the formation of the Women’s Investment Fund; a registered open ended unit trust scheme (a pioneer initiative designed to increase the participation of women in financial products).  

We also advised on the restructuring of the Nigerian International Debt Fund (a closed-ended fund) as an open ended fund.
