One of our core competencies is our labour and employment practice. We routinely assist clients in generating employment and end of employment documentation, negotiating and settling employment-related contractual and trade disputes, and advising on employee issues in the context of bankruptcies, company liquidations, mergers, acquisitions and divestments.
Our labour and employment practice provides advice to clients in connection with the establishment and operation of pension and other retirement schemes; and on the establishment, operation and management of employee savings plans and stock option schemes. We have also worked with various multinational clients, with operations in Nigeria, to ensure that their global employee share purchase plans are compliant with Nigerian law and that their local employees are able to benefit from such plans.
We provide seminars and training on effective employee relations to our clients in sectors across our Practice Areas.
