Our Corporate Advisory practice is at the heart of the firm’s corporate and commercial practice, which provides advice and support on a full spectrum of corporate and commercial law issues and transactions including investments, acquisitions, joint ventures and strategic alliances, and assist with structuring, drafting and reviewing agreements.

A significant part of our Corporate Advisory work involves investments, acquisitions and corporate restructuring, in connection with which we offer specialised legal due diligence services that focus on identifying the legal risks associated with the companies in which they wish to make investments. 

We continue to provide our clients with company secretarial services through Alsec Nominees Limited, the Company Secretarial arm of our firm.
