Abisola is an Associate with the firm.  she has advised on transactions in various practice areas including corporate advisory, power, banking, finance and capital markets transactions.

She was a member of the team that advised lenders in the re-financing of a multi-million dollar cement factory project.  She was also a core member of the team that advised a syndicate of Lenders in the re-financing and restructuring of a multi-million dollar term loan to a telecommunications equipment manufacturer.  She has also advised several foreign investors on their acquisition of equity stakes in Nigerian companies.

She also participates in various due diligence review exercises in connection with such transactions.
