Since she joined the firm in 2010, Miss Ebere Uzum has been involved in a range of corporate advisory matters, including due diligence, employment and regulatory compliance audits and real property investigations.

She also assists with advisory work in relation to client's intellectual property rights and on the registration and operational requirements affecting producers and manufacturers in relation to the National Agency for Food and Drug Administration and Control (NAFDAC).

Ebere was a member of the teams that advised an investor on an equity investment in the hospitality sector and has participated in various financing involving acquisitions, equity investments and restructuring of businesses.
